20th April 2014 Easter Lunch at Fattoria di Corsignano

Easter 2014 is coming at Fattoria di Corsignano which is in the countryside only 10 minutes from Siena. We are pleased to propose to you a very typical lunch to celebrate this day surrounded by the fascinating Chianti vineyards.

Here is our Easter menu 2014:

APERTIF

Focaccine with rosmary and extra virgin olive oil produced by us together with our white wine

APPETIZERS

Crostino with Asparagus

Fava Bean Salad with onions and Marzolino Cheese

Bruschetta with Quail Eggs and Truffles

Sliced Coppa from the Chianti

FIRST COURSES 

Risotto with Artichokes and Saffron

Tagliatelle with Rabbit Ragù

SECOND COURSES

Golden Lanb Chops with Potatoes

Roasted Bread Encrusted Prosciutto with Delicate Green Salad

DESSERTS

Strawberry Tart with Whipped Cream & Chocolate Eggs

Lunch is served with our WINES and SPIRITS: White Wine, IGT Rosso Toscano, Chianti Classico, Vin Santo and Grappa. Water and Coffee.

Euro 19 for children up to 12, babies until 3 are free.
