We want to thank all who came for our Easter lunch. We had so much fun we only took 2 photos! Here is the mixed appetizer plate and our first course of handmade Pappardelle (ribbon pasta) made form Grano Sareceno wheat flour with chick peas and a radicchio and walnut filled crepe.
The Easter festivities have passed though so it is time to prpare for the next events.
From the 14th until the 22nd of April there is the Settimana della Cultura (Culture Week). This is something that is very special throughout Italy. During Culture Week, admission is free or at reduced cost in the archaeological sites, museums, monuments and state galleries as well as not state run cultural sites that have joined in the event.
