Wow! Lately there has been a lot of news here at the Fattoria di Corsignano. But, to be frank, what scares me most is this restaurant.
I wondered why? A normal person would say: “Well with the way things are, I should tackle a new area.” Well, that person is not me. What I fear, really fear, is that, that sacred freedom, which I love so much will be lost. I totally agree that “nothing ventured, nothing gained”, “a game is good when it doesn’t last long.” etc. So we must risk and play a little all day but in moderation. Freedom for me is imagination, creativity, abandon and innocence. This is not a way to do nothing, something very distant from me, and those who really know me knows that. But I think I can be concrete in saying that I still want, despite the times we live in, to allow myself the freedom to dream. I am willing to vote for anyone who expresses this belief.
Returning to the restaurant, I solved the problem by believing that any thing I need I will be given and it was, in the name of Antonio, our new Chef!
We will have a special preview of all of the fantastic food (we only use local products so you know it will be fabulous) on the 24th of March.
