Cene – Dinners – Ideas please

Vorremmo aprire il nostro ristorante, a tutti, ospite e no, tutti i Giovedi, Venerdì e Sabato sera. Che ne pensate? Un menù degustazione o à la carte? Tutti i vostri suggerimenti sono apprezzati per il nostro “start up”.

We would like to open our restaurant to our guests as well as non guests for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  What would you prefer, a tasting menù or an a la carte menù?  All suggestions are appreciated as we “start up” this new adventure.

    a parte il fatto che verreste da noi in ogni caso e questo ci lusinga. Ma cosa preferireste: menù degustazione o alla carta???

    I’d do a tasting menu that compliments your wines, and grappa as well as your olive oils!
