When you come for a cooking class with us, do not expect to find Cuisinarts, Kitchen Aids, Pasta Rolling Machines, etc. We teach using the most import tools in the kitchen, our hands, eyes and noses with the assistance of specialized items.
To get the pasta rolled as thin as paper we use rolling pins,
to slice meats we use an antique slicer that does not create heat so does not cook the cured meats,
to weigh, we use an antique scale,
to wash veggies we use the old sink
While we have a modern kitchen as well, we also have this fabulous cart that can be moved, even to the outside, so that we can cook what we make
to chop, we use knives, etc. etc..
