Of course after the wonderful sunny eather of last week, it is now raining here in the Chianti. Dark and overcast but this should change by tomorrow though.
This week we are doing many cooking classes ranging from 4 people to 60.
Here are just a few samples of the menus (will post pictures after each course):

Infarinata (Vegetable Corn Bread) con Torta di Ceci (Chick Pea Pie)
Zuppa all’aglio con crostone (Garlic soup with croutons)
Malfatti di ricotta e spinacci (Spinach and ricotta gnocchi)
Maltagliati al ragù finto (Fresh made pasta with a vegetable ragù)
Filetto di Maiale lardellato con carciofi e fette di patate (Pork filet with artichokes and roasted potatoes)
Cinghiale ai tre vini con patate e cipolle gratinate (Wild Boar cooked in 3 wines with potatoes and gratin onions)
Scottiglia di maiale con bietoline saltate (Pork with sautéed swiss chard)
Crostata di Mele e frutta secca (Apple and dried fruit tart)
Torta di mele e vin santo (Apple and vin santo cake)
